SCOPE OF WORK

Feasibility Analysis for office tower and parking structure, adjacent and connected to a future People Mover Station. Services included Professional Design Services for the expansion of the Joseph Caleb Center to include a new (11) level, 138,000 SF Office building with 16,000SF Retail (732) spaces, (9) level parking structure, and sky bridge access to future People Mover Station.


Existing surface parking to be restructured and parking is available in a parking garage accessible from the office tower. The new parking structure and layout will provide over 732 spaces, inclusive of the 17 existing childcare parking spaces and surface parking for 70 spaces on a vacant lot on NW 23rd Avenue and 55th Street.


An open-air plaza has been incorporated to link the new office tower with the existing facility and people mover system.
