SCOPE OF WORK

  • Feasibility Analysis for office tower and parking structure, adjacent and connected to a future People Mover Station.

  • Professional Design Services for the expansion of the Joseph Caleb Center to include a new (11) level, 138,000 SF Office building with 16,000SF Retail (732) spaces, (9) level parking structure, and sky bridge access to future People Mover Station.

  • Existing surface parking to be restructured and parking is available in a parking garage accessible from the office tower.

  • The new parking structure and layout will provide over 732 spaces, inclusive of the 17 existing childcare parking spaces and surface parking for 70 spaces on a vacant lot on NW 23rd Avenue and 55th Street.

  • An open-air plaza to link the new office tower with the existing facility and people mover system.
