Design/Build Project of approximately (23) acres of land with bisecting canal and existing boat ramps with a new design that includes:

Walking trail.
Fitness stations.
Nature kiosk.
Fishing pier/observation platform.
Covered picnic tables.
Shaded benches throughout.
Public restroom building with storage.
Landscaping.
Parking lot.
