SCOPE OF WORK

Robert E. Chisholm, FAIA designed both sport complexes while VP/Design at Ramos Architects. The Raquet sports complex consisted of Tennis courts and Racquetball courts on very unstable soil due to the proximity to the ocean canals. Therefore, the foundation and stabilization procedes were extemely empirical. The diving well and NCAA competition pool master planning program included spectator stands, locker rooms, training rooms, and concession facilities.
