SCOPE OF WORK

A master planning/design, document, administrative and construction management for a 2 story, 18,000 square feet, multipurpose building that includes a 3-story elementary/middle school for 700-1,000 students, as well as a connecting pedestrian bridge.

Phase I, II, III, IIII includes:

Infrastructure, middle/elementary school, church, 4 story/80 unit section 202, multipurpose, play fields and ball courts, belfry elderly housing apartment, rectory, field house/maintenance building, kiosk building, West/South/North parking, child care play area, parking deck with ramp for 75, Perimeter Rd./ West-South-East, North perimeter road auto, NW 25th Street bridge, covered pedestrian vertical, demo-exist bridge, convent horizontal circulation to, main plaza, church building and new bridge.
