Mr. Polak, as President of the firm, provides technical leadership for projects throughout all phases, including programming, planning, design, construction documents, and construction administration, while upholding the firm’s core values. He serves as the primary client contact, ensuring project goals are clearly understood and effectively carried out by the firm and project team.  

With over 38 years of experience, Mr. Polak has served as Project Manager and Project Director on a wide range of projects in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes new construction, renovations, additions, and adaptive reuse projects involving housing developments, multi-purpose facilities, office buildings, institutional facilities, historic structures, airports, restaurants, banks, hotels, and medical facilities.  

In keeping with the firm’s collaborative approach, Mr. Polak remains actively involved in all phases of project development and serves as the Owner’s direct point of contact throughout the duration of the project.
