SCOPE OF WORK

This project consisted of a new (6) story, five-star boutique Hotel with (45) hotel units, a 5,000-sf restaurant, (62) mechanical parking spaces to save space and maximize use of square footage and a rooftop pool and lounge. Services included Master Plan, Full A&E Services, Interior Design Space Planning and Construction Administration.
